The customer was very calm and polite. I welcomed the customer by saying Welcome to Ramada Plaza how can I help? I approached the customer with a smile. I was very polite and I felt I was very confident when talking to the customer at all times. I kept eye contact with my customer, so that they do not feel like I am ignoring them in any way possible. The customer did not ask many questions. I did most of the speaking as I had to give all the information on where their room is and the type of room they wanted. I was sitting down when I was attending to my customer. Therefore, I used a lot of hand gestures when talking to the customer. I felt I used the correct body language toward the customer. I knew most of the product knowledge about the check in. however, I did forget to offer the customer express check out. This is a negative point as this would have made it easier for the customer to check out if I had offered it to them.
