Who is to blame? In today’s society parents seldom take responsibility for their children. Kids are coming in contact with law enforcement regularly and not for their outreach or young adult programs. It all starts at born. Parents need to take more control of their kids from birth, especially while in public. As they grow older they become more and more out of control. Young people have no fear of there parents or law enforcement. Parents need to instill fear into children, by letting them know jail is no fun. It is amazing how kids these days have no self-control over their temper. The parents of these kids are not making it any better. As soon as a child is gunned down by the police the parent then wants to proclaim their age; by stating “he was only thirteen”. Although, children are not in the present of their parents all the time; a parent should know where and who their child is hanging out with. Young ones are being featured as the top story on the daily news all the time. Teaching has becoming one of the most dangerous professions according to infoplease.co......
