William Shakespeare’s play The Tempest starts with a huge storm, which Prospero has created with the help of his spirit/servant. In this storm is a ship with Prospero’s brother, Antonio, and friends on it. Miranda, Prospero’s daughter, begged her father to stop the storm but he wanted to get the travelers on the island that his brother had abandoned him on. Once the storm was over and the survivors had woken up they were surprised and confused to see that their clothes smelled and felt brand new. Caliban is now introduced he is a misfortuned beast and slave to Prospero who he hates so once he met Trinculo and Stephano they planned to kill Prospero and take over the island. Ariel has put most of the shipmates to sleep but Sebastian and Antonio are awake. Antonio, who had replaced his brother as duke of Milan, started to manipulate Sebastian, the king’s brother, into doing the same thing to King Alonso. The two of them are about to kill Alonso when everyone wakes up so they tell they a bogus story for having heir swords drawn. Now we go to Miranda who has found the king’s son, F......
