As far as physically fathering children on earth - that was not His plan from the beginning, nor did he backslide from His Purpose. He held His sexuality under wraps knowing that He created sex and procreation thus He could, as all knowing, keep His body under subjection to the greater purpose: living, dying, resurrecting and ascending:
Thus teaching us that we can live for Him after die out to sin by repenting of sin, being buried or baptized in water in Jesus' Name so our sins will be washed away by His blood and be spiritual resurrected by being filled with His Spirit evidenced by speaking with tongues and thus be following Him in His resurrection. Now we await His Return for His Bride and we will follow Him in His ascention!
