Albert Einstein and the Frontiers of Physics Albert Einstein is one of the most famous scientist/physicist of all time. The biography Albert Einstein and the Frontiers of Physics by Jeremy Bernstein talks about Albert Einstein’s life, and what he’s known for. Albert Einstein made many discoveries throughout his lifetime, and is known especially for the equation E=mc2, which helped change the way man kind looked at science forever. Albert Einstein was born at Ulm, in Württemberg, Germany, on March 14, 1879. Six weeks later the family moved to Munich and he began his schooling there at the Luitpold Gymnasium. Both of his parents, Hermann and Pauline Koch Einstein, were both Jewish, although they did not strictly practice the religion. Einstein’s mother loved music, and so Albert and his sister were given music lessons when they were very young. Einstein continued to play the violin from the age of 6 to 13.
