In a society which stats that all are free to obtain what they want, there will always be one thing that may prevent someone from achieving there goals. The way people perceive others not only has impacts in a person daily live but also can impact how far they can go within the workforce. The barriers or prejudices that prevent people from obtaining there goals will be presented in this portion of the paper. In this section we will discuss those barriers in depth and give true life examples of were the barriers has occurred.
