Opportunities and freedom. Her decision made me happy because I always
Dreamed of coming to the U.S. However, upon arriving to the New York City I
Realized that there are many difficulties that I have to overcome, a new language, a
New culture, and a new environment. However the thought of having the
Opportunity to reach my dreams and to learn about different cultures and
Religions changed my perspective from negative to positives.
When I arrived at the New York City airport, I was very shocked and surprised.
I was very happy that I almost cried when I walked out of the airplane. I could
finally see and live in the county of my dreams. I was very excited to see people of
different cultures and different religions who were living together without any
problems. I could see the freedom that existed in this country, which I could not see
