On August 6, 1945, the United States of America dropped an atom bomb on Hiroshima. This was “the first atom bomb ever dropped on a city” in all of history. The atom bomb, or a-bomb, obtains its explosive energy from the discharge of nuclear energy from fission. The use of a new technological weapon left devastating effects on Hiroshima’s civilians and environment. The atom bomb affected Hiroshima’s population by making it decline immediately. Also, the population declined little by little, as more of the severely wounded started dieing. Although, the population decreased, the population began to increase several years after the USA dropped the bomb on the city. In addition, it affected Hiroshima’s vegetation, as well as, the economical aspect of Hiroshima. The atom bomb affected the inhabitants of Hiroshima in many ways. The use of the atom bomb left an impact on the economy of the civilians and the government of Hiroshima. It also affected the citizens’ way of life, meaning how and where they lived, as well as how they received an income. Another effect left on the......
