Sundiata Throughout history , war has been a strategy used to resolve conflict, serve justice, and promote peace. We usually use war to better our way of living and protect our way of living by defending it against anything that may be considered a threat against it. War often results in death and portrays the gruesome realities of combat. Although there are many detailed reasons for war, it is often viewed according to how it is depicted. In Sundiata, war was glorified and used as a means to bring justice and peace to the land. Sundiata was defending his people's way of living by fighting Saumaoro. Saumaoro was mistreating and taking advantage of innocent people.He would tax the market people, take their goods, and steal their women. For example, In the battle of Krina, Sundiata waged war against Saumaoro to avenge the fact that Saumaoro took stole his griot and kept his sister captive. Fakoli Koroma joined Sundiata to get Saumaoro because he stole his wife. These things......
