Being an inventor, author, ambitious, and one of the founding fathers, only could describe one person. This man is Benjamin Franklin. Being one of the most influential people in American history, Ben Franklin had a very exciting and yet interesting life. He helped shape this world into what it is today.
Benjamin Franklin was born in on January 17, 1706 in Boston Massachusetts. He was the tenth out of seventeen children. Benjamin Franklin was born to a father who was a candle and a soap maker, and a mother who worked around the house. The Salem witch trials proceeded after his birth. Growing up Benjamin was a smart boy, and is sent to school as minister. Benjamin was always thinking of new ideas, and liked to investigate. Benjamin Franklin grew up in a religious family and he wanted to become a preacher. Benjamin was great in school except when it came to math. Ben got pulled out of school because of his failure in math. At the age of 10 Benjamin would be taken home to learn the family business. He worked with his dad in the candle trade, but his ultimate passion......
