As I walk down the hallway with my head up high the first thought that will come to mind is courage. Unlike most students with their heads down low embarrassed of their school and who they are, I stand there proud. Even when times get hard, I still try to make the best of it. I wont let people just walk all over me. I do everything I can to enjoy being at school, even if it means building up the courage to confront the principal.
I am on the schools soccer concentration team. I love it. Knowing that Im on the soccer team is what makes me get up and go to school in the morning. Without it I dont think I would be in school. One day something went totally wrong. I got called to the principals office. I was befuddled. As I walked down to Mr. Ruggis office my heart was beating faster and faster. What could I have done? I hadnt skipped any classes. I got into his office and he told me that I was kicked off the soccer program because my marks werent good enough. My heart immediately stopped and tears started running down my face. I couldnt believe it. Just like that......
