Management is defined as,
effective and efficient use of limited organizational resources to achieve organizational goals. Its purpose is to make push productivity to record levels. In order to successfully manage a business we must start with the cornerstone of management, structure. Having structure creates the basic building blocks for success. These building blocks include planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. We must give equal consideration to each step in order to be successfully. By concentrating on one area more than another we completely undermine the functions of management. We cannot achieve our goal of raising productivity if we dont examine all functions of management.
