Organization Culture Summary
Culture is what people do and what meanings those actions have to them.
People have access to a wide array of personality traits and behaviors. Therefore, culture is the factor in an organization that allows people to act out their performance. In this paper, I will review two Internet articles, and aim to provide comprehensive information on organizational culture by presenting the seven levels consciousness of organizational culture. In addition, I will discuss my values and examples of why these values have such an important influence on me.
The article, Corporate Culture/Organizational Culture: Understanding and Assessment, the authors described organizational culture as the personality of the organization such as: values, beliefs, and norms. Generally, the employees of an organization develop the particular culture of an organization. Culture is hard to express clearly. You just know it when you feel it or see it.
