Where Do Lonely Hearts Go? Frankenstein, by Mary Shelly Wollstonecraft, displays a complex array of the emotions and tendencies that compose human nature. People live incomprehensibly different lives from one another, and no one person can fathom the experiences of another. Victor Frankenstein and his creature experience the effects of their actions and thoughts in ways that are different, yet not quite so different, although they fail to recognize the parallels, conducting themselves in complete ignorance and denial.
