Ansel Adams, a name now synonymous with photography and the American frontier. Adams would lead the environmental conservation movment out of vertue of his subject matter. Adams did not set out to lead such a revolution how ever, but it became evident that with the booming economy after the second world war that if measures wernt taken to protect the nations whild spaces they would be lost for ever to a ever growing populas. Adams steped up to the plate and prodused the moste politicly influencing boddys of art work sense Lewis & Clark sent the first renderings of the west back to Washington. In Adams photography and wrightings is set a standard for all artist to aspire to, for through out history it is the artist who inspires and gives others the coureg to stand up for what they bleav in and fight for chang.
