Macbeth Free Essay, Term Paper and Book Report

“Double double toil and trouble; Fire burn and cauldron bubble” (Shakespeare, 4.1.10-11). These words appear many time throughout the magical act four of Shakespeare’s Macbeth. Shakespeare’s Macbeth fed directly in to the growing anti-feminism of the age in England. Before Macbeth was even written, there was an increasing power of woman in England.
