At that time, I was just wondering: is it a subject? What we are going to talk about? It might be helpful, of course, since it is programmed and approved by School Faculty. Then the first class passed by without any interest and complaint mixed up with frustrated. This subject had (or have?) followed us till now, first year, second year, third year and fourth year. Personally, I have just realized that communication has affected to the way I communicate just by now. So, what is communication? It is a process between sender and receiver, firstly, the sender thinks about the message with the information he or she want to send, secondly, the message is sent to a receiver in language (verbal or non-verbal), lastly, the receiver translate the language in the way that he or she can understand. The measure whether we communicate effective or not is the feedback from the receiver. ......
