All Gays Are Not Created Equal
There is a big issue that some are truly for and some are against. That issue is gay marriage. Gay marriages should be legalized. three main reasons why gays should be able to marry whomever they want. The reasons are that denying homosexuals is discriminating against a minority, if heterosexuals get to marry the ones they love, homosexuals should have that same right, and although some say gay marriage is going against pro-creation, it really isnt.
Because gay marriage is banned, it is discriminating against a minority. There is no issue on heterosexual Latinos or blacks. The federal government has a law called Fair Housing which cannot deny anyone because of their sexual orientation. The Fair Housing Law claims in part (B) of Sec. 804 [42 U.S.C. 3604] Discrimination in sale or rental of housing and other prohibited practices To discriminate against any person in the terms, conditions, or privileges of sale or rental of a dwelling, or in the provision of services or facilities in connection therewith, because of race, color, religion, sex, ......
