As a Kelley-defined exemplary follower, Jonah was compelled to challenge this discrimination issue from within the organization. By neglecting some of Robert Kelleys Ten Steps to Courageous Conscious, Jonah was not effective in initiating change on this issue of discrimination and his actions exposed him to certain preventable risks, such as damaging his work relationship with is immediate supervisor, Dan Newell.
