The light from the sun peeped through the blinds inside our bedroom. I thought, another beautiful sunny summer morning in cold Minneapolis. I love to be around my fiancé, but I really wished he had been placed in a different location for his summer internship. Now dont get me wrong, Minneapolis has a lot to offer. There are plenty of museums, parks, and eateries, yet the weather is the worst. Some days it can be bright and sunny with a cool 75 degrees; other days it rains and storms all day and the temperature can get as low as 45 degrees. In the summer! I could never figure out what to wear and when to wear it since the news forecasts were not always accurate. But this morning they seemed to be pretty on point since the sun was high. I sat up and looked over to the clock that read 7:22 am. We were supposed to be up twenty-two minutes ago. I must have forgotten to set the alarm the night before. I nudged my fiancé, Trey, to get up and informed him of the time. He sprang from the bed in a panic and ran to the bathroom to take a shower. He hates being off schedule. I dont know......
