Abstract
According to Harris and Sherblom (2005), using diverse group work is exciting, ego enhancing, and can be creative. It is also boring, demeaning and extremely frustrating. Being in diverse groups gives you an opportunity to hear different insights and opinions. In developing groups a good strong leader must immerge. The key to successful, satisfying groups is effective commu-nication (p.2).
Development of a Small Group
Dr. Bruce Tuckmans observation of small groups produced a theory that focuses on the way a group or team undertakes a task from the beginning of a project to the end.
