These two films are very much similar because they contain similar social themes as well as racial ones. Racial prejudice is very much an important medium for the message in both movies. Although both movies contain laugh out loud, outright humor, they directly and successfully aim to make a statement regarding racial discrimination and stereotypes during their time period.
The first movie, Malibus Most Wanted, the protagonist, a teenage white male, is the son of the prosperous family of Senator Bill Gluckman (played by Ryan ONeal). The funny and conflicting part of the movie is that he, Brad (played by Jamie Kennedy, conveys the character of a black male, and is often accused of acting ghetto . The movie uses the stereotypes of black hoodlums, rich white folk, Muslim jihads, as well as snotty politicians to display life under each lifestyle.
