Learning Paper PSY/103 March 13, 2007 A little over four months ago I decided that it would be necessary to finish my degree in order to move up within my company and also be an example to my family. While I had many initial fears and anxiety about returning to school, I had many more positive emotions to reinforce my goal of finishing my degree. During my four months thus far however, I have found some considerable obstacles that could hinder my progress. One of the best methods I have found that keeps me motivated is my observational learning. If I can see others doing the same task as me, I know if they can succeed, so can I. In order for me to stay focused on my goal of completing my degree, I must over come any fears or obstacles by providing solutions that will enhance my learning experience. I knew when I was first contemplating finishing up my degree there would be many fears and obstacles that could stand in my way.
