The purpose of this paper is to assess CrysTelss current situation, provide methods and theories concerning, change, leadership styles to implement change and discuss critical success factors CrysTel will need to use to be successful in the organizations change implementation.
CrysTel has three theorems that can be applied to implement the organizations changes. The first approach CrysTel may use is the action research method, which is a highly participative, open systems approach emphasizing that meaningful change is a combination of action orientation (changing attitudes and behavior) and research orientation (testing theory). In addition, action research is a data based, problem-oriented process that diagnoses the need for change, introduces the intervention and evaluates and stabilizes the desired changes (McShane-Von Glinow, 2004).
