Intro In this project I want to find out how much of a difference is there between how much money seniors and sophomores spend on shoes. I propose that sophomores will prefer more expensive brands of shoes then seniors based on the idea that sophomores care more about the physical appearance than seniors. I decide on this because I though that this would be interesting to see the results, I personally dont care much about the shoes I wear. Using the chi square test on my data that I have collected I will see if the distribution has any significance. I plan on gathering my data by asking fellow classmates and underclassmen before during and after school what price range there shoes fall under. When I am collecting my data I will have two tables one for seniors and one for sophomores and just check the box that they chose and than just add all the tallys. Because I want the chi square test to turn out right I will survey a random number of students for each category.
