GCSE PRACTICAL COURSEWORK
This Coursework is about War and Conflict. In my opinion I think that War is a widespread part of conflict between states and normally large amounts of people. This involves violence to a certain extent with people being killed. I seem to think of being armed conflict.
I tend to think that Conflict is when there is a disagreement between 2 or more people including groups and is sometimes solved and can lead up to violence. This happens with war, if there is a disagreement in the military then it can lead to war. So to conclude my opinion, conflict is the lead up to war via a disagreement.
The texts that we studied before this exam was the painting Guernica by Picasso, the music Mars by Gustav Holst, a poem Someday by Ivo Katz and the TV episode Blackadder.
Picasso painted was of Guernica in 1937. Picasso came from Spain, Malaga and was probably one of the most known artists of his time. As Picasso was Spanish he hated the fact that the Franco fascists, who had been responsible for convincing the Germans to bomb the city, could cause devastation ......
