Food of Fitness Free Essay, Term Paper and Book Report

Jeff Sigmund Period 3 10/14/04 Food of Fitness For my fad diet, I chose a slightly different diet. It is only for athletes and different types of athletes. This diet varies from what sport a person participates in to his or hers weight, height, training, and metabolism. It does not have a point system or any limits on what a person can eat. It is all based on serious athletes and what they need to put into their body to get maximum fitness. It involves counting calories, protein, fat, saturated fat, carbohydrates, calcium, and vitamins. Not only counting fat but the different types of fat. The diet is very in-depth and is not for the normal person. Most of the time only world-class athletes follow everything in this diet. However, if a person is looking for the right diet for their sport and their body this is the right one. It can help a person get on track and stay of track. And it’s all in a book.
