The Vindor Viper Free Essay, Term Paper and Book Report
When he first moved into the house, nothing extraordinary happened, until one day, the telephone rang. When Fred answered the phone, a voice said, 'I am the Vindor Viper. I will be there in 2 weeks!' and then it hung up before Fred could say anything.
The regular calling from this Vindor Viper, really shook Fred, and got him thinking. Fred began to jump at every sound, and have terrible nightmares. Everyday, the phone rang, as the supposed Vindor Viper, warned Fred when he was coming. Fred tried his very best to find out what a 'Vindor Viper' was, and looked in the animal section, but found nothing.
2 days were left, and Fred was very frightened. He ate a sleeping pill, but his thoughts didnt leave him, not even in his sleep.

Fred began to smell smoke. The odor grew stronger and he was sure that a room in the house was on fire. He ran out into the passage, but all was normal; no smoke, no fire. He went back in his room, but the smell once again permeated the air. This time it was stifling, and suffocating. His eyes watered and his head felt like it was in a press. ......
