America¡¦s workforce is changing at an alarming pace; as a result, the workers compensation industry will need to have a forward thinking strategic plan in place in order to support customers and employees alike. Strategic thinking will need to work along with operational thinking in order to be profitable long term (Tan, 2000). The National Council on Compensation Insurance, a workers compensation data statiscal agency, is the chosen organization of which I have chosen to present a strategic plan for.
