Schindler expects its sales in India to grow in a short term 50 units in the first year and wins the 20% of the market share in the first five years according to the Silvio's business plan. Silvio is an active young man and has worked in Schindler's headquarter office for the last three years as one of the top managers. He has planned to copy the successful Swatch elevator strategy in India. He informs his ideal team management in Delhi and Bombay that they should offer the standard and non-customized Schindler S001 and S003 to the market.
