Hybrid Cars Can Help Save the Environment and Have Many Advantages:
Hybrid technology has been around for years. It is used on locomotives, submarines, and a few buses in some states and countries. The first hybrid on record was manufactured in the late 1800s by a German named Porsche. It was a front wheel drive electric car and became a hybrid using an internal combustion engine with an electric motor. Toyota put out the first mass produced hybrid car in Japan in 1997, the four door Toyota Prius, which appeared in the US in 2000. Since there are so many models introduced by Toyota, it has become a Japanese giant and leader in hybrid development. The company has been reported to invest millions of dollars in hybrid cars. Toyota has licensed its technology to the American Ford and Nissan Company, which shows the iron grip and popularity Toyota has in hybrid technology.
If anyone can say they personally recommend a hybrid car it would be me. The front of my house is more like a Toyota dealership than a driveway. My two brothers and I all have our own Toyota Prius. Hybrid cars ......
