Legal Issue SOC/315- Cultural Diversity June 7, 2005 Abstract When a person deliberately touches the body of another man or woman without his or her consent, and due to embarrassment that person seals their lips then that act of that person is said to be sexual harassment. Legally speaking it is a criminal activity and that person has the right to file a complaint against the harasser in a court through legal advisors. This act can be done with anyone and at anyplace.
