This case study is based on the problems happening in my company and the solutions that I would like to take as a manager.
As we know that we are spending 60% of the active time in the company. The growth of the company is depend on the growth of individual. The growth is only possible if we will be healthy both physically and psychologically.
The physical problems are:
1. People feel tired and laziness after 6 to 8 hrs of work.
2. Mentally loaded due to multi task works and poor environment.
3. Lots of physical problems due to involvement in improper jobs.
4. Enviornemt of the working place and utilization of poor quality machineries.
5. Ignorance and awareness of the healthy and safety products.
The Psychological Problems are:
1. Lack of experience of individual to face the different situations.
2. Interaction with the superior, colleague and subordinates. Mutual understanding and the respect to each other.
3. Back biting, politics, improper communication of third person in-between the manager & sub-ordinate. Misuse of the authority and follow the higher manage......
