It is an erotic sanctuary for exotic dancing and exhibition dressing for women and a social arena for men to show up their rude boy lifestyle. The decorated women of the dancehall are celebrating womanhood with each sexually charged movement, walking and vibrating. They simulate sex objects by rubbing up and down male bodies, concentrating mostly on the thrusting of the pelvis and rear. The sexual atmosphere of the dancehall is promoted by the DJs. They taunt and toast, provoking the audience to move their bodies. The majority of DJs are men, but some women like Lady Saw, Macka Diamond Spice, Queen Paula, DÂ’Angel and Cecile are matching the men in their boastful crowd taunting.
