Presently its senior leadership team inexperience cannot provide a clear vision for the company, its employees, and stakeholders to follow. Before senior leaderships attempts to take the company public, through an IPO, they should reevaluate its cultural strategy; initiate a branding campaign strategy, with the emphasis on, who they truly are.
