Whether that order be agreeable upon by every individual or not, the law is still the law. When laws are established, their creators have the population’s general well-being in mind. Realistically, no ruler wants to see his country fall to pieces, and nor does he want his people to rise up against him and take over. Why, then, would any lawmaker intentionally write harmful laws? (This ties into the argument that nobody will intentionally harm others around them, for in doing so he is harming himself.) The point of laws is to unite a people in the healthiest foreseeable manner. For example: The law that requires all drivers on GA-400 to maintain a maximum speed of 55 miles per hour is in place to prot......
