Global Communication is a leading telecommunication company struggling to keep companys competitive position in the market. Last three years GCs stock share dropped by more than 50% and shareholders are displeased with the companys outcome. To regain its leading position Company took some aggressive initiative. To ensure the company's profitability and to reduce per unit call handling costs almost by 40%,company needs to expand it's technical centers overseas, by downsizing their domestic call center. For that reason they also need to hire 1000 qualified salespeople. Which will cost them a large number of layoff in the domestic call centers and 10% pay cuts for those employees who will be relocated in their overseas consumer call centers. Here must be mentioned that company recently reduced 20% of employees education and health benefits.
