The Supply and Demand of Gasoline Today
Gas prices today are driving the American civilization crazy. Citizens are scattering around looking for the cheapest petroleum price and not caring about the quality of the gasoline being put into their vehicles. This in the long run will cause damage on the vehicle depending on what year and type of vehicle it is. Some vehicles can only use high priced petroleum which is supposedly a better quality and better for the vehicles engine, however, it results in higher prices at the pump and a big unexpected hit to the average individuals pocket. The reason behind this so called inflation in gasoline prices is the war in Iraq and not enough oil refineries to support the demand for fuel in the economy. This is simply stated as there is not enough of a supply of oil and petroleum to support the demand from the American civilization. This leaves high prices for the American people and a supply of gasoline for those that can afford it.
