It is very hard to raise a child, I know, my daughter is now a one year old. As parents we have many responsibilities, ranging from keeping our children healthy to teaching our children to read and to communicate. There are many things in life that I would not know if it wasnt for my parents. They taught me about respect, love, and most importantly caring for others. With out this knowledge I wouldnt be the father that I am today. Besides giving the children the nutrition they need to be healthy while growing there are other things that we need to do to help them grow mentally.
