Promiscuity is a sexual behaviour, that displays the practice of making fairly casual and indiscriminant choices. This refers to someone who doesnt limit their sex life to the cultural norm. It can be represented in many different ways within text, videos and pictures. In the film "John Tucker Must Die", it demonstrates that there's different teen cultural beliefs about what is normal sexual behaviour. Most teenage girls believe that sex equals love, whereas the boys believe that sex is not the ultimate expression of the ultimate commitment, but a casual activity. It also shows that those that take part in this sexual behaviour, gain a certain name for themselves depending on what sex they are, their age, the group their in and how popular they are.
