Benchmarking: Gene One Gene One is a company that is growing steadily; the CEO and board believe that they need to go public in the next three years. However, the rest of the senior leadership team has mixed feelings about the subject. In this paper, each team member has researched two companies with some of the same key concepts from MBA/520 Transformational Leadership weeks 1 through 3.
