In his book Good to Great, Jim Collins introduces his observations of the fundamental characters of ¡°built to last¡± companies. He suggested that to build a ¡°built to last¡± company, one not only needs the resources and opportunities as the good-to-great group, but also the management strategy to maintain the trajectory.
In his management study, Collins sketches out his arguments through three aspects, which are people; strategy and the company. People, is a crucial element to the whole structure of the company.
