Today, I will evaluate the organizing function of management in my organization as it relates to the following resources: Monetary, Human Resources and Knowledge. I am a sub-contractor for a Pre-Paid Health Clinic which is the underdog of a Health Maintenance Organization. It is a small company that employs six full-time employees; four sub-contractors and five hundred sales agents. The company is based in Broward County and the plan services five thousand members in the counties of Miami-Dade, Broward, West Palm Beach and Orlando. Monetary The organizational resources in the monetary arena are spreaded throughout each department. To begin with, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) oversees the Accounting Department, Marketing, Sales, Internet and Regulatory Standards.
