Why did the revolutions of the 1848 fail?
The revolutions of the 1848 failed in the following locations; France, Austria, and Prussia. They each had there own difficulties, yet because they saw that a following countries or places could do it they thought they could as well. Yet they could not successfully do it as well they struggled greatly and lost many things such as; kings.
The French acted with no thoughts which caused many problems within their revolution. Main causes of the revolution were bad harvest, increased prices, and unemployment. The rulers of France were at a level of unthinkable ignorance the king Louis abdicated then a poet and socialist was his replacement. The socialist made it basically a communist country while the poet made poems. Then anyone without work was put into a Workshop which was the reason for France ruining out of money.
Continuing all unmarried males were drafted into the army causing the people to riot and 3,000 to be killed. Overall the reason this revolution failed was the issue that they did not think, they just acted which caused a surp......
