Much of Lenins success can be explained by this towering domination over the Bolshevik party although the revolution was bound to happen according to the Marxist view.
The Bolshevik party was organized in a special way. Lenin organized the Bolshevik party to be centralized, it was also small and all the organization came from the center, Lenin himself. Lenin was opposed by the most of the Bolshevik leaders and the intellectuals. The decisions in the Bolshevik party were made by all the members and were thoroughly discussed and analyzed beforehand. Bolsheviks that were running the party were cooperating with the Mensheviks to effect the bourgeois revolution. Lenin thought that the social revolution was not necessary and that it could be skipped with the help of the proletariat and the serfs. This opinion was not popular with the other Bolshevik leaders.
