Observation and Reflection
Buddys snack company was started by Buddy Forest. Buddy passed the business to Buddy Jr who is currently running the business. His son Mark joined the company recently and implemented coaching sessions for staff, because of their low sales performance in previous quarter.
Linda, a hard worker is proud of her work ethics and always gives a 150% to her job. Due to her poor work performance, she had to attend the coaching session that will take her time away from family. She feels unappreciated and unmotivated, because she had done better in the past but her efforts were not recognized by the company.
Michael is not a hard worker as he thinks that he will never be rewarded if he does so. He thinks that others get ahead because they have contacts and he thinks that the company is being unfair to him.
Kyle resents the company for offering the position of manager to his trainee Mark. Being a top sales person, he thinks he deserves it over Mark. He is bitter over this but could not change his job because his wife was unwilling to move.
