Introduction The simulation, Managing Across the Organization, brought up some interesting techniques a person might utilize in an organization. It illustrated the influence of power and politics in managing different situations in an exercise equipment manufacturing company. (University of Phoenix, 2008, p. 1) The organization that was used in the simulation was Good Sport. Running the simulation, the study of Good Sports corporate culture, and the analytical process of the reasoning behind the way to handle change management and the conflicts within gave a comprehensive demonstration of the course concepts. The purpose of this paper is to explain the importance of organizational culture and its influence on organizational accomplishment of its objectives.
