Global Communications (hereafter referred to as GC) has challenges. The most obvious is the lack of communication between the stakeholders. Over the past three years, GC's stock has declined more than 50% going from a $28 per value share to $11 per share. With this in mind, the company's senior management team came together to find and implement a solution beneficial to the shareholders. The primary focus would be to increase revenue to maximize shareholder profitability. Much attention was focused on GCs fiduciary duties concerning the companys shareholders. For example, GCs management set its priorities to finding a way to ensure longevity, increase profitability, as well as to increase the companys global presence. However, little attention was given to the other stakeholders that would be affected by many, if not all, decisions made to realize GCs goals.
