The world is divided in to countries that are rich and poor. As the world is divided in this structure it means that the societies in these countries are divided in to social classes too. Moreover, there are two factors that play a role in structuring societies. The first factor is the economic wealth and the second factor is the political power. To illustrate, the economic wealth usually comes with the political power. Whos responsible of the poor people being poor? This paper argues that society is to blame for the poor people being poor.
First of all Ill define the word poverty what does it means. In the Cambridge dictionary poverty means the condition of being extremely poor (Cambridge University Press, 2008).Moreover, poverty means the low standard of living within socities or people. Countries with high rate of poverty leads to people who lack the access to education and the access to the basic neccesties of life such as : Food , shelter, jobs and health care.
