Perceptual Maps Simulation
Introduction
CruiserThorr is the flagship motorcycle for Thorr Motorcycles. Until recently, the company has been immune to trends in the economy. However, presently, the company has noticed a downward trend in sales and wishes to adjust its marketing campaign accordingly. With the use of perceptual maps, the student is required to decide on what the next right step should be to determine the marketing strategy. The simulation presents three major phases. This paper will attempt to address those phases and describe the situation, recommended solutions and the results of those decisions.
Phase I
The first decision to be made is deciding what parameters are needed to develop a perceptual map.
